How to play

Everyone starts with 100 coins. Six lots come up one by one on the TV, each with an appraisal range like "worth 15–45". For every lot a few players get an insider tip on their phone with the exact value; the others see "No tip". Talk it over (bluffing is allowed), then everyone types a sealed bid. The highest bid wins the lot and pays what they bid; a tie goes to the player with the most coins left, then a coin flip. All bids are shown with names, but the values stay hidden until the end. One lot is a fake, worth nothing, and one hidden player, the forger, knows which: they keep whatever the fake sells for. After the last lot everyone votes on who the forger was. Then the appraisal: every lot flips over with its true value. If the forger gets the most votes (at least 2), they're exposed and the buyer of the fake gets their money back. Every right guess earns 10 coins. Richest player wins: coins left plus the value of everything you bought.
